Job Description
We are currently seeking a Horticultural Supervisor to join our client team in Laleham.
As a Horticultural Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing operations, managing labor, ensuring productivity, maintaining quality control, and enforcing safety measures. Your duties will include attending sites, assisting with installations, conducting quality checks and site surveys, guiding your teams in best practices, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you may be involved in interviewing, training, and managing the career development of your team members in alignment with company policies.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Training and developing staff
- Assisting in planting and maintaining customer displays and horticultural needs
- Managing projects and site audits
- Communicating with customers and resolving any issues
- Utilizing the necessary tools and equipment to deliver high-quality service to customers
Requirements for the role:
- Clean, full manual driving licence (or with less than 6 points)
- Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check
- Strong focus on safety and legal compliance
- Physical capability to lift and carry objects daily
- Experience in horticulture or in a supervisory/team leader role is advantageous
- Preferred qualifications in IPAF and/or Lantra
