We work with a wide range of prestigious clients – from royal parks and local authorities to luxury developers, schools, and universities – delivering projects valued between £100K and £4.5M. 🌳🏗️

Due to continued growth, we’re on the lookout for a talented and driven Contracts Manager to join our passionate and professional team.

🔧 Your Role Will Include:

✅ Managing multi-disciplinary commercial landscaping projects
✅ Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to spec
✅ Leading site managers, subcontractors, and in-house teams
✅ Procuring and managing materials, plant, and equipment
✅ Upholding Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards 🦺
✅ Preparing and reviewing RAMS & Construction Phase Plans
✅ Regular site visits, audits, and maintaining accurate records
✅ Communicating clearly with clients, consultants & internal teams
✅ Submitting valuations, tracking variations, RFIs/RVIs, and final accounts
✅ Completing project reviews and driving continuous improvement

👀 What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Proven experience in commercial landscaping or civils
🔹 Strong leadership and commercial acumen
🔹 Excellent organisation & communication skills
🔹 Full UK Driving Licence 🚘 (essential)
🔹 SMSTS & Project Management qualifications (desirable)
