🌱 About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in Morden. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining beautiful, clean, and safe outdoor environments.

You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of grounds maintenance tasks to a high standard, including:

  • ✂️ Grass Cutting

  • 🌼 Flower Bed Maintenance

  • 🧹 Litter Picking & Site Cleanliness

  • 🌿 Shrub Pruning & Hedge Trimming

  • 🧰 General Caretaking & Site Support Duties


What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who brings both skill and commitment to their work. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 🌳 Previous Grounds Maintenance Experience (essential)

  • 🎓 Relevant Horticultural Qualification or at least 1 year of multi-skilled experience

  • 💪 Ability to work independently and take initiative

  • 💬 Excellent communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude

  • ⚠️ Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations in the workplace
