Job Title: Handyperson – London Borough of Camden

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Handyperson to join our team in the London Borough of Camden. This role involves carrying out and managing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks across residential and commercial properties. From trade skills and general repair work to ongoing maintenance, you’ll play a key role in keeping facilities safe, functional, and well-presented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine cleaning and maintenance of facilities

• Perform light repairs and general upkeep as needed

• Undertake basic landscaping and outdoor tasks

• Fill gaps, complete painting and decorating work

• Assist with lighting installations, carpeting, and minor fitting tasks

• Repair equipment, appliances, and small machines

• Accurately identify, document, and report required repair work

• Recommend additional maintenance where appropriate
