The Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Grounds Maintenance Operative to support the upkeep of a variety of sites. This is a hands-on role where your work will directly contribute to keeping outdoor environments safe, clean, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities

• Grass cutting, strimming, and lawn care
• Hedge cutting and pruning
• Weeding, litter picking, and general site cleaning
• Carrying out a range of grounds maintenance tasks
• Operating power tools and horticultural equipment safely
• Maintaining high health & safety standards at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• Previous grounds maintenance experience (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience using tools such as strimmers, hedge trimmers, and mowers
• Strong awareness of health & safety practices
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
