Job Vacancy: Garden Maintenance Foreman
Location: Richmond, South West London, and Central London
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per year (Depending on Experience)

We are currently looking for an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Garden Maintenance Foreman to join our busy, growing team to look after beautiful properties across Richmond and Central London.
The Role
As a Foreman, you will oversee and execute general gardening maintenance tasks, ensuring our premium indoor and outdoor spaces are kept to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Garden Care: Manage comprehensive plant care across indoor and outdoor settings, including watering, planting annuals/bulbs, pruning, irrigation, lawn care, and overall garden development.

Client Relations: Deliver outstanding customer service, acting as a professional point of contact and responding appropriately to client queries.

Operations: Complete daily electronic job sheets accurately, highlighting next steps and progress.
What You Will Need
The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Experience: 2+ years of recent industry experience with demonstrable knowledge of planting, pruning, pest & disease control, irrigation, seasonal tasks, and lawn care.

Qualifications: Ideally a recognized horticultural qualification, or equivalent high-level industry experience/knowledge.

Skills: Exceptional organization, time management, and communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, operations teams, and designers.

Licence & Travel: A full, clean UK driving licence is essential. You must be comfortable travelling and working across Richmond, South West London, and Central London. Prior experience driving vans is important but not essential.
