Join a Growing Horticultural Team

We are looking for two experienced Senior Horticultural Technicians to join our expanding team. Opportunities are available within both our Interior and Exterior divisions, offering varied and rewarding roles for passionate horticultural professionals who take pride in creating and maintaining exceptional plant displays.

Whether your experience is in interior planting schemes or exterior landscaping and seasonal displays, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service while maintaining the highest standards of plant care and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional plant care, including watering, feeding, pruning, pest control and overall plant health management.
  • Plan and carry out plant installations, replacements and seasonal display changes.
  • Conduct stock checks, manage stock levels and ensure effective stock rotation.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service and professional site management.
  • Accurately record site visits, maintenance activities and customer requests using company systems.
  • Lead installation projects while ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and help maintain exceptional service standards.

Interior Team Duties

  • Maintain and enhance interior plant displays at customer sites.
  • Support greenhouse operations, plant care and stock management.
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure service excellence and stock availability.

Exterior Team Duties

  • Maintain exterior planting schemes and seasonal displays across customer locations.
  • Complete site surveys and lead larger installation projects.
  • Support route planning and manage outdoor planting activities throughout the year.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Previous experience in horticulture, landscaping or plant maintenance.
  • Excellent plant care knowledge and practical horticultural skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
  • A proactive and reliable approach with excellent attention to detail.

Desirable

  • RHS Level 2 qualification (or equivalent horticultural qualification).
  • Experience leading installations, project work or stock management.
  • Knowledge of horticultural products, equipment and industry best practices.
