Job Description
There is a fantastic temp-perm opportunity for one of our clients, for someone who enjoys administration work. The position is based in Stansted CM24 1SJ, and the work involves ensuring the bookings are registered on appropriate systems accurately, sending out and retrieving paperwork where necessary.
Working 8 hrs/day Monday to Friday no Bank Holiday
PAYE £12/h, overtime £16/h
Umbrella £14/h, overtime £17.5
This is a temp-perm role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Key point of contact between clients and the organisation.
- Establish new and develop existing business through relationships with customers via professional email and telephone correspondence.
- Answering calls from customers to assist with queries, offering advice, support, and information and recommending company products.
- Completion of cross hires as and when required
- Completion of yard check and associated paperwork
- Completion of all associated paperwork relating to vehicle transfers
- Resolving all calls received, transferring to the appropriate department where required
- Providing assistance on reception desk as required, including assisting with the distribution of mail
- Appropriate face to face interaction, hospitality and professionalism towards clients on site.
- Accurately calculating rental estimates, quotes chasing and follow up. Process bookings and closing rental agreements / contracts.
- Handover of vehicles and checking back in.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Know the spectrum of product range and basic technical knowledge of the company’s fleet.
- General administration as required
- Delivery and collection of vehicles when needed
- Representing and promoting the business and being an ambassador of the organisation.
