Grounds Maintenance Operative – East London
Hourly Rate: £16.86

We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our dynamic grounds maintenance team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing a variety of sites, ensuring that all grounds maintenance services meet high standards and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

You’ll work independently and use your initiative to identify areas for improvement, while also contributing to the ongoing development of the business. Your daily tasks will include:

• Lawn mowing

• Strimming

• Weeding

• Hedge cutting

• Garden sweeping

What We’re Looking For:

• Full UK Driving Licence – Essential

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience using power tools and horticultural equipment (e.g., strimmers, push mowers, hedge cutters)

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance or a similar role

• Strong understanding of Health & Safety practices

• A proactive mindset and commitment to exceeding expectations

• Experience meeting quality standards and delivering to customer specifications
