🌿 Nursery Person / Horticultural Specialist

We’re looking for a dedicated Nursery Person / Horticultural Specialist to join our busy production nursery and cash & carry. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in every stage of plant care—from arrival and maintenance to display and despatch—ensuring our customers receive healthy, high-quality plants every time.

What you’ll be doing:

• Caring for plant stock: watering, feeding, pruning, and maintaining health and vitality.

• Preparing, picking, and packing plants for customer orders with accuracy and pride.

• Supporting all areas of nursery production, including setting down arrivals and maintaining displays.

• Monitoring crops for pests, diseases, and irrigation needs—acting promptly to keep plants in top condition.

• Following OH&S, plant health, and nursery protocols to maintain biosecurity and high standards.

• Working collaboratively with colleagues to keep nursery systems efficient, safe, and customer-focused.
