🌿 Estate Grounds Maintenance Operative – East London 🌿

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Estate Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a busy and well-established team maintaining residential estates across East London.

📍 Location: East London
🕗 Monday to Friday | 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
💷 Pay Rate: £16.48 per hour

🔧 Duties will include:
• Grass cutting and lawn maintenance
• Hedge trimming and pruning
• Weed control and planting
• Leaf clearance and litter picking
• General estate grounds maintenance
• Use of strimmers, mowers, hedge cutters, and other gardening equipment
• Maintaining outdoor communal areas to a high standard

✅ Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ grounds maintenance or gardening experience essential
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Experience using gardening machinery and power tools
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
