Join a Growing Business as a Maintenance Horticulturist

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our client growing business as a Maintenance Horticulturist for a prestigious portfolio of clients. Our clients  they  specialize in designing, building, and maintaining exceptional gardens and external spaces for high-end properties in West/North London, Surrey, and the M4 corridor. They are seeking an exceptional horticulturist ho is committed to delivering a quality horticultural service to our clients.

Salary £28,000-£35,000 based on Experience

Responsibilities:

• Perform all aspects of horticulture, including specialized and general tasks.
• Take care of lawn maintenance and ensure its optimal condition.
• Handle chemical applications and maintain accurate records (PA1 & PA6 certification preferred but not essential, training provided).
• Undertake ground clearance and seasonal work.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of hard surfaces and garden furniture.
• Attend to beds, borders, and containers.
• Conduct specialized pruning and trimming.
• Handle maintenance and cleaning of water features, as well as the day-to-day upkeep of irrigation systems.
• Operate machinery safely and effectively (training provided).

Requirements:

• Recognized horticultural qualification.
• Proven experience in gardening at the highest level, including private domestic and commercial sites.
• Cooperative and enthusiastic nature, able to work positively in a team.
• Willingness to take direction and follow instructions.
• Able to work both independently and take ownership of assigned work.
• High levels of energy and self-motivation.
• Strong attention to detail.
  Proactive, can-do attitude.
  Good time management skills.
  Ability to work under pressure.
  Strong work ethic, integrity, and discretion.
  Desire to develop personally and undertake training.
  Full clean driving license required for candidates doing a mobile round (company van included).
