The core job purpose is to lead, manage, and be accountable for the operational performance of multiple contracts in Commercial Cleaning. This includes strategic development, improvement, and business growth.

- Represent and promote the ‘Wealden Way’ to customers, stakeholders, and the public.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to anticipate and meet their needs.
- Lead customer service excellence and a continuous improvement culture.
Leadership & Employee Engagement
- Provide leadership and management to ensure understanding and adoption of strategy and plans by employees.
- Recruit, motivate, and develop a team aligned with Wealden Services' goals and aspirations.
- Ensure the contract is optimally structured and operated following best practices.
