The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Hard Landscaper / Paver, ideally with 360 machine operation skills, to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who takes pride in their craft and enjoys seeing quality work through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Laying all types of paving, including sandstone and porcelain

• General landscaping tasks (fencing, brickwork, stonework)

• Operating 360 machines (preferred)

• Reading and working from site drawings

• Setting site levels

• Delivering high-quality finishes with attention to detail

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in hard landscaping

• Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual

• A team player with a strong work ethic

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

• Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)

• CSCS, ROLO, First Aid, or Manual Handling qualifications are a bonus—but we can provide training if needed

Hours & Pay:

• Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm (with 30-minute lunch and 15-minute morning break)

• 9.25-hour day, 5 days per week (can be adjusted to suit the right person)

• Pay: £650 – £850 per week, depending on experience and skillset

• Full-time, permanent position
