🌿 Gardener – High-End Residential & Commercial Grounds

💷 Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum (DOE)

🌱 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 General garden maintenance (planting, pruning, mulching, turfing)
🔹 Hedge planting and lawn renovations
🔹 Disease & pest monitoring 🐛
🔹 Use and upkeep of horticultural machinery/tools 🔧
🔹 Adhering to Health & Safety procedures ⚠️
🔹 Spotting opportunities for service improvements 🌟

✅ You’ll Need:

•  Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
• Experience with horticultural tools & power equipment (e.g. mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters)
• PA1/PA6 spraying certifications (Desirable)
• A background in professional gardening or grounds maintenance
• Self-motivation with a team-player mindset
• Attention to detail & a high standard of work
• Strong awareness of Health & Safety
