Are you an experienced landscaper ready to take the lead on high-quality projects? We are looking for a skilled professional with expertise in both hard and soft landscaping to manage a small team and ensure outstanding results.

About the Role:

We seek a passionate, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this client-facing position.

Key Responsibilities & Experience Required:

This is a hands-on role, requiring proficiency in:

✅ Paving
✅ Bricklaying
✅ Blockwork
✅ Rendering
✅ Decking
✅ Fencing
✅ Turfing
✅ Planting bed preparation

Additional experience in operating plant machinery (up to 3T), conducting site surveys, and interpreting scaled design plans is highly desirable.

Requirements:

✔️ High level of physical fitness
✔️ Professional and polite demeanor
✔️ Full, clean driving license preferred

Job Details:

📅 Start Date: Mid-April 2025
⏰ Working Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
💰 Salary: Approx. £36,000
🛠️ Contract: Initial trial period with potential for ongoing work
